Seven years ago, having spent some 30 years working in all areas and at all levels in the catering industry i launched my business development company, Catered4 where I pride myself on the professional yet personal way I can help licensees gain the most from their business.

I offer friendly, affordable and realistic solutions to the many operational difficulties that arise. Our first meeting is complimentary and my charges are realistic and break away from the thought that all business support costs the earth.
         The hardest thing to do when things are proving tough is to ask for help. Many see it as a form of failure but not asking for help can have even more devastating consequences. Many Caterers feel alone and isolated and can see little to gain from sharing their business problems with someone else.
         Over the years I have established a rapport with my clients and I lend not only my experience and knowledge but my understanding and a sympathetic approach. My motivational skills and dedication to the trade have convinced even the most sceptical that there is a way out of all business problems.
My approach is to get to the core of the business and by getting involved in the day to day issues I can tailor make a solution package that will highlight any problem areas and subsequently address them. On many occasions clients have become friends and a long term bond has developed.

          I have held many seminars at the national trade shows including Publican Live and National licensee show and have been the project manager for the successful Publican Magazine campaign, Sell More Save More2. I also judge many National competitions such as;
