The Package.

The MOT will involve a visit to your property which will be unannounced to the staff to see what is really happening. Once I make myself known I will examine in depth every facet of the business and speak in length to all of the team. The core items that will be covered are as follows:

• The financial side, studying the P and L to find out where things are adrift.
  
• The product, making sure that it reflects your customer’s needs and that it is making the correct returns.
  
• Profit margins, highlighting problem areas and their causes.
  
• Staff management, assessing the capabilities of your team, motivation levels and training needs.
  
• The look of your business, making sure that you are maximising the geographical potential of the property.
  
• The paperwork, checking to see if you are maximising your time by working smarter with well documented and proven templates.

Once the visit is finished I will produce a detailed report highlighting areas of concern and give some written help and guidance and how to resolve the key issues. This will be an invaluable reference tool for you to build upon.
