All information on the discs, Staff Documentation, Health and Safety guidelines and Working Equations is the copyright of Catered4 as well as all information on its website www.catered4.co.uk . Users may access and use the content for their own personal and their business only. Replicating and selling to a third party for what ever purpose is in breech of this condition.

Disc Content

The information on the discs provided by Catered4 is on an "as is" basis. We have taken great care in compiling the information but Catered4 cannot guarantee its accuracy as many conditions change very frequently.

Catered4 cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience which may arise from any actions the user experiences using the information on these discs. All discs are scanned for viruses and leave catered4 free from any; however we cannot except any liability for any damage caused to the users computing hardware from the use of these discs.

User assistance

Should the user experience any difficulties in using the discs or information therein, all possible help will be given. In the first instance all problems should be e-mailed to carlmay@catered4.co.uk and all effort will be made to rectify the problem.

Refunds

Should the disc arrive in an unusable condition, return it to Catered4 and a replacement will be dispatched. Once the disc has been viewed there will be no entitlement to a refund. Should the disc not perform correctly within the first 7 days a replacement disc will be dispatched on receipt of the original.

Personal Information

Catered4 honours the information it receives and will protect it from misuse, unauthorised disclosure and loss. The information gathered is never disclosed to any other party and will only be used for communication between the purchaser and Catered4.

Payment Conditions

All payments are made through Paypal which offers a complete and safe method using their secure systems. No record is seen or ever given to Catered4 regarding your credit card personal details.
