Our approach to training is totally realistic.

We appreciate that our industry involves long days and weekends and that you cannot afford to have your staff away from your unit for days at a time.

All the training you and your staff will receive is delivered on your site and will take place at any time and on any day of the week that is conducive to the business operation.

In smaller operations we carry out training, where feasible, whilst the delegates are actually working. We strongly believe that members of your staff will learn more usable skills being taught in their own working environment.
